ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Jon Lupin is a writer, poet, husband and father, living on the West Coast of British Columbia, Canada. Together with his wife Rose, three kids and his dog, he lives in a modest home, in a small town outside of Vancouver, B.C. He has spent much of his adult life battling alcoholism and OCD. Having found sobriety, Jon has embarked on a journey to help those who suffer just as he did, and to bring awareness to mental health through his writing.
